Chef Hsuan of @wenn.derkuchen is a Taiwanese chef based in London, she occasionally host Taiwanese pop-ups in her free time.
This Mid-Autumn Festival, we are collaborating with her to bring you a special feast that celebrates rare Taiwanese flavours with a touch of festive culture.
