Refund Policy for Tickets (UK)

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly changed.

Cancellations or Rescheduled Events
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, you are entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket. In the case of a rescheduled event, you may choose to keep your ticket for the new date or request a refund.

How to Request a Refund
If your event is cancelled or rescheduled, please contact us at zaoancollective@gmail.com within 14 days of the announcement with your order details. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
